Join us for a celebration and an insider look at the upcoming new Canadian musical IN REAL LIFE, produced by Theatre Sheridan in collaboration with The Musical Stage Company.

The evening includes performances from the musical by Kevin Wong and Sheridan cast members EJ Candelaria, Annelise Forbes, Chris Otchere, Kayla Samson, Mea Tonet, and Lindsey Tower, accompanied by Jonathan Corkal-Astorga. 

A behind-the-scenes creative conversation with IN REAL LIFE composer/co-lyricist Kevin Wong, hosted by MSC’s Artistic Director Michael Rubinoff and Tapestry’s Executive Director Jaime Martino.

Max is a brilliant tech prodigy destined for greatness, whose life is upended by one cryptic message. What begins as a quest to uncover the truth spirals into a pulse-pounding adventure that forces Max to face the dark cloud of technology overtaking his humanity – and the world as he knows it.

Tapestry Opera’s Free Underground Concerts is a seven-part series offering the public a diverse range of high-calibre musical performances, all completely free of charge. This series is designed to connect world-class artists with the community in an accessible, intimate setting, enriching the city’s cultural landscape.

• When: All concerts take place on select Mondays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Where: Performance Hall at Nancy & Ed Jackman Performance Centre
• Tickets: Free with registration.
