Performance

Allison directs and choreographs Opera and Music Theatre across North America.She recently directed Le Nozze di Figaro (National Arts Centre and Sarasota Opera); H.M.S. Pinafore (Anchorage Opera); Carmen and Alcina (Western University); The Magic Flute (Hawaii Opera Theatre and Sarasota Opera); Roméo et Juliette and Cosi Fan Tutte (Vancouver Opera) and L’Italiana in algeri (L’Opéra de Montréal). Choreography credits include Dido and Aeneas, Don Giovanni, Eugene Onegin and Queen of Spades (Canadian Opera Company) as well as numerous productions of Fledermaus and The Merry Widow (Hawaii, Edmonton and Hamilton).  She has directed, choreographed or developed numerous new works (including The Auction Westben Festival) and is delighted to be working ‘on the wall’ with Lauren.  Next month Allison returns to Anchorage Opera to direct and choreograph Pirates of Penzance.
