Siobhàn Sleath

Performance

Siobhán is a Toronto-based Lighting Designer who works in both Canada and the USA. She has credits in Theatre, Opera and Dance.

Over the past few years, her work has been seen in Canada, The United States, India, Sweden, Australia and the Czech Republic.  She has been a Lighting Designer for: The Shaw Festival, Canadian Opera Company, Theatre Aquarius, Arkansas Rep, Neptune Theatre, Alberta Theatre Projects, Drayton Entertainment, Globe Theatre, Sudbury Theatre Centre, Adirondack Theatre Festival, among many others. She has been the Resident Lighting Designer of Anandam Dancetheatre since 2006.

Siobhán is the Associate Lighting Designer of the Toronto production of Come from Away.  She was also the Associate Lighting Designer on Sousatzka: The Musical and La Traviata for the Canadian Opera Company.  She has been an Assistant Lighting Designer for two seasons at the COC on Nightingale and Other Short Fables and Ariodante.  She also spent five seasons Assisting at the Stratford Festival on many productions including: To Kill a Mockingbird, Twelfth Night, The Tempest, Cyrano de Bergerac and Dangerous Liaisons. In 2010, she executed the Lighting Design of Kiss Me, Kate on the Festival Stage.
