Stephen Bell

Performance

Canadian Estonian tenor Stephen Bell has preformed with opera companies in Canada, United States and in Europe. Roles he has sung include, “Lensky” in Eugene Onegin to “Tamino” in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte. A 12 year member of the Canadian Opera Company, he has preformed in over 70 productions as chorus, small roles and as understudies. On the concert stage, Stephen has preformed artsong recitals in Canada, the United States and Estonia featuring works by native Estonian composers with the late pianist and composer, Charles Kipper. This coming season, he looks forward to releasing audio and visual recordings of Schubert’s Winterreise alongside pianist Brahm Goldhammer.
