Women in Musical Leadership Conductors Eve Legault, Serena Reuten and Monica Chen work with Maestro Gustavo Gimeno and the musicians of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra in this dynamic Masterclass held at Roy Thomson Hall.

This is a truly unique opportunity to gain a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the artistic process and celebrate the orchestra leaders of tomorrow.

  • Roy Thomson Hall doors will open at 9:00 AM
  • Auditorium doors will open at 9:30 AM
  • Masterclass starts at 10:00 AM
  • This is a working masterclass, approximately 2 hours with a break.
  • The masterclass will include starts and stops, and Maestro Gimeno will use a microphone.
  • The masterclass may unfold differently than the concert program based on what the conductor feels is required to ensure appropriate coaching and guidance for each WML fellow.
  • We expect the masterclass to conclude shortly after 11:00 AM.
