Mishael Eusebio

Charismatic Filipino-Canadian tenor Mishael Eusebio, a graduate of the Juilliard School of Music and the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music, counts numerous engagements in a variety of operatic roles. His repertoire includes Alexandre Rosenberg (La beauté du monde), Bardolfo (Falstaff), Brighella (Ariadne auf Naxos), Rose’s Fiancé (Awakenings), Young Harvey (world premiere of Harvey Milk Reimagined), Liverto, Tribuno and Soldato (L’incoronazione di Poppea), the Navigator and Manoj (A Space of Sky), a Passenger (Le Flambeau de la nuit), the King (Dragon’s Tale) and Tamino (Die Zauberflöte).

At home in Baroque music and new works, his repertoire includes orchestral highlights such as Carmina Burana and Messiah, among others. Mishael Eusebio has had the opportunity to develop an extensive repertoire of Bach cantatas with the musicians of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra as tenor-soloist-in-residence with the Bach Ensemble at St. Thomas.

Le charismatique ténor philippino-canadien Mishael Eusebio, diplômé de la Juilliard School of Music et du College-Conservatory of Music de l’Université de Cincinnati, compte de nombreux engagements pour différents rôles à l’opéra. On compte à son répertoire Alexandre Rosenberg (La beauté du monde), Bardolfo (Falstaff), Brighella (Ariadne auf Naxos), le Fiancé de Rose (Awakenings), jeune Harvey (première mondiale de Harvey Milk Reimagined), Liverto, Tribuno et Soldato (L’incoronazione di Poppea), le Navigateur et Manoj (A Space of Sky), un Passager (Le Flambeau de la nuit), le Roi (A Dragon’s Tale) et Tamino (Die Zauberflöte).

À l’aise dans la musique baroque et les créations, il compte aussi à son répertoire des œuvres phare du répertoire avec orchestre come Carmina Burana et Messiah, entre autres. Mishael Eusebio a eu l’occasion de développer un large répertoire de cantates de Bach en compagnie des musiciens de l’Orchestre symphonique de Cincinnati comme ténor-soliste en résidence avec le Bach Ensemble at St. Thomas.
